Halie helping put flowers at Odeen's 3 sisters' grave...ages 14, 4, and infant.

Still some tender feelings for a couple of great parents.

Sheila has another birthday

Our baby girl turned 29 on May 28. She's hoed a rough road the last several years, but can still smile and count her blessings.

About 2. The baby girl with lots of hair, and a lot of love.

At Leatherby's for supper...naturally.

The rest of the clan. Kristin's new glasses!

Murray Park playground. We haven't been here in years, and there have been many changes.

Kinda miss the ole version.

Backyard barbecue with the former neighbors, Stobbe's and Adcox's.

It's official. She's older, and we still love her!

Temple Square in May

After a long winter, we decided to break out of the house and head downtown to see the flowers on Temple Square for Family Home Evening. Afterall, it was the hottest day of the year, at 82!
Finally! And they still haven't finished planting!! Enjoy the colorfest.

Halie is just taller than these tulips!

I hadn't seen this color before.

Look at these dark tulips.

The calm before the fountain...

This was a favorite combination for me. Notice the striped tulips in front.

This is also a new color combo I haven't seen before; pink and orange.

A few close-ups

They just go on and on!

Another try at a close-up.

This close-up turned out great!

Von loved these.
A fun and colorful evening.

Mothers Day weekend

The weekend began with a photo shoot in Oakley. Sheila wanted photos of the girls outdoors and had arranged the visit some time ago with Susan, who had just bought a new camera. Von and I tagged along taking advantage of the opportunity to catch-up with Dale and Sue.

This barn was right on a road, that had a few cars go by while we were there!
We got both girls to take turns on this ladder.

Susan had lots of daffodils in her front yard. Lexi just enjoyed the few moments of freedom to explore.

Just her size! Bears on Susan's front porch.

Von fixed breakfast and set the table pretty on Mothers Day morning.

Halie in a new dress before church.

Me and my girls, Sheila and Rosie. We all met at Rosie's for dinner after church.

My local descendants. Son Dave gave me a call later that evening from Qatar.
