Kristin Haley Robinson is 10!

Our first grandchild will be 10 tomorrow! What a joy she has been. I count myself blessed to have gotten to know her, and continue to enjoy the journey of watching her grow up.

In her itchy blessing dress. No wonder she wouldn't smile! Still cute, though.
Her whole being changed when she smiled, and her smile literally lights up a room. Just check out Rosie's blog.

Pretty happy grandparents.

More color

This past week I've been taking side trips around the area to photograph the colors of the season, since it's been warmer than usual for November.

Our home yesterday.
Up on the east side of Salt Lake.

At the Oquirrh Park Fitness Center parking lot.

End of October

On our weekly drive to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. The street is lined with these young golden trees. Should be really gorgeous in a few more years.
View from the temple just after the first snowfall of the season.

Angel Moroni atop the temple, with a few colors going on below.

Little Alexis is growing fast. At 21 months and counting she is a ball of fire!

Halloween 2010

Once again, snow fell during the week of Halloween.

But, by Saturday, snow was melted and temps back up, so we could take pictures outside.

Family photo. Neither of the girls liked Jon's costume.

Our church held a Halloween party and trick-o-treat inside the building, since weather had turned on us. Rained the rest of the evening. Lexi wanted to try all the games, even though she couldn't reach anything!

Rosie and family joined us. You can view her kids in costume on her blog.

Halie and Primary classmate, Conner, who both dressed as cowboys this year!

Fall colors

Von and I took a drive up Butterfield Canyon recently. Colors were still going on up there, so it was a beautiful drive.

Overlooking south end of Salt Lake Valley.

Stumbled upon three young deer along the road. Hard to see them in the trees.

End of summer

Halie the cowgirl, excited for Halloween.

Sheila hooked up once again with another baby on the way. Almost 12 weeks along now, and the nausea is improving, we hope.
