Disneyland 2013

In May, Sheila had put together a trip to Disneyland-California Adventure with their tax refund, and Von and I went along with her and the kids.  Jon had school and work.

One of the funnest nights was the night we arrived, got our room at the Disneyland Hotel, then went to eat at the closest restaurant nearby...Goofy's Kitchen.  Lexi (4) saw Goofy inside before we went in, and once in the door ran to him crying "Goofy I'm here!!"  She was so excited.  Of course many of the characters were there.  The trip was for Halie's 8th birthday, so she had on a special birthday badge that all Disney staff acknowledged wherever we went...even characters in the parade, and hotel staff members wished her happy birthday!

Happy birthday song at Goofy's Kitchen.

We all loved Calif. Adventure's Cars Land.
While the taller ones were on the big rides, I took Jordan and Lexi around to see more characters and the sights.

Lexi danced along with the Fenius and Fern dancers.  As you can see she's not shy at all.

We all loved the "Aladdin" show.  The Geni was soooo funny!  Always fun when they ad lib.
A really good time, but two days were plenty with all the walking!  Thanks so much Sheila!!
